She anticipates what we needs, explains every issue in great detail, and does not accept ambiguous responses for our benefit. We would not have been able to make this transition without her. We chose to include Brenda in every step of the purchasing and building process. Please note that Brenda never physically handled any money, BUT she was able to help us interpret documents, etc. and dealings with the lender.
