Buyer reviewDanny Leung is a good agency much more than I expect. He would be your friend to understand all your concerns and cover your requirements as soon as possible. In addition he gave me a lot of advices when choosing the house and help a lot on closing. If you are first time to buy a condo in DMV, he might be one of the best choice, especially for Chinese.

Seller reviewDanny was an excellent agent. He was very communicative and detail oriented. He took a lot of time to work with me on the best course of action to sell my place for the price I wanted. He never rushed me into doing anything I didn't want to do. He was very knowledgable in what buyers are looking for and really presented my place in a way that was very attractive to potential buyers. I was always able to get a hold of him, he would even pick up my calls at midnight to answer my questions. He was very dedicated to he listing. He even helped in the staging of the place for open houses. He knew exactly what I needed to do to get the place sold. I really enjoyed my experience with Danny.
