Seller reviewDanny is intimately involved with 4600 Duke Street condominiums. He helped us in the process of determining what was needed in the rehabing the two bedroom unit. Danny was patient throughout the process of our making selections and working with our contractor. I appreciated his expertise in selling other condos in the building to provide a fair market value for our unit. He didn't hesitate to offer advice throughout the process. An excellent job was done on his part in keeping me informed throughout the negotiations with the buyer. I would recommend Danny Leung for his familiary with the property, his willingness to provide help thoughout the process, his keeping the process on track, and follow through in bringing the property sale to conclusion.
