Seller reviewCheryl did an excellent job selling our home. She knew the market for our area and provided us with a list of things to do to get our house ready for sale. Although Cheryl is very busy handling many clients, she always responded to our calls, texts or emails in a timely fashion. She used all her marketing tools to generate traffic for our home, which led to the sale of our home during the timeframe we were hoping to sell it. Cheryl guided us through the whole sale process and is now assisting us with the sale and construction of a new home. Thank You Cheryl Bare!!!
