Seller reviewVery professional! Willing to work hard for the sale; didn't sit back to let others sell the house and split the commission. Remained in communication with us, even when nothing was happening. Very friendly. Coleen worked strategically to gain the sale. She insisted on perfection. She redid the photos of the house at least twice. She removed the house from the market and replaced it with a new tact. She found the buyer and brokered the deal after bringing them to the house three or four times. She was a one-woman show (with the assistance of her able staff).
