Seller reviewI went with Eileen because of her personality. She has a calm that I don't and that was crucial especially because I had alot going on at that time. She was strong and even though at one point I was a little nervous, she reassured me and came through for us exactly the way she said she would.

Seller reviewMy husband and I sold a house Nov 2017 & purchased a home in Feb 2018, and used Century 21 Scheetz and Richard Elson both times. Based on those experiences, I decided I would use them again to sell my home, then purchase a new one. Some of the reasons I came back are that the quality of the service and the amount of personal customer service Rick gives is second to none (not to mention, something that is sorely lacking in most of our day to day dealings with companies these days). His integrity and honesty throughout the entire process is also something that I very much appreciate. Just as all cases are unique, mine was a challenging situation, but Rick and his team were always on top of everything. I appreciate his honest and forthright advice. If I decide to buy &/or sell in the future, I would most certainly contact him again. I would not hesitate to suggest Century 21 Scheetz and Rick Elson and his team. I highly recommend you give them an opportunity to earn your business.

His overall market knowledge of Indianapolis (especially the north side) is superior to most. And his overall like-ability amongst fellow realtors makes tough buying and selling issues that usually arise much more simple to resolve. This is my third house that Rick has helped me with.
