Seller reviewThis property is a little unusual and took longer than usual to sell, but Denise never gave up the intensity of effort to make sure it had the most visibility it could possibly have. An agent can't make someone buy the property, but she did everything possible to make sure as many people as possible saw the property online and had as many showings as we could have hoped for.

Seller reviewDenise Fiore did a great job for us. For personal reasons we moved to be closer to our children. She did a terrific job of handling things for us in this long distance situation. She worked hard to sell our home in a market that was tough at our price point: 1. Staged the home to make it more inviting to prospective buyers. 2. Created an excellent advertising campaign with collateral material. 3. Held many open houses. 4. With her assistant/staff handled lawn mowing and other maintenance work to keep the home in top shape. 5. Negotiated with the final buyer. 6. Helped with getting the paperwork finalized for our closing and represented us at the closing. Moreover, Denise is a pleasure work with. She understood our needs and priorities and worked hard to meet them. Denise has my trust and respect. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. Thank you Denise!

The house sold in about a week and we felt we received the best offer out there. She was excellent during the negotiation process and made my wife and I feel comfortable, reliving us from a lot of anxiety. Most of all she was very responsive from start to finish. Denise's personality fit ours perfectly. We had zero issues. Her teammates were friendly and helpful on the few occasions we dealt with them. My previous comments say most of it but she was fantastic throughout the whole process. We started looking for a home over a year ago and saw quite a few houses (randomly) during that period of time. She was always flexible with our schedules and didn't seem to mind that we were taking our time to find the perfect home for our family.
