Vincent took the time to learn what my needs were. Even though I was very indecisive with my decisions he was very patient in letting me come to a right decision. Vincent made sure to lead me in the right direction as far as safe neighborhoods. With me living out of state is was difficult at best to schedule showings, so if I found a house on-line all I had to do was call Vincent Buenfil to take a look for me, and if it check all my boxes we could proceed. And if it didn't he was very honest in telling me. He was always available to take my calls . Vincent was very knowledgeable in the area. He made me feel very comfortable in handling the closing while I was still in Maryland. And it went very smooth. I would definitely recommend Vincent Buenfil to any of my friends and I have already. I would trust him to handle them in the same manner that he dealt with me. Vincent is a very professional, caring realtor who will lead anyone in the right direction.

Vincent went out of his way to find us our dream home. We lived miles away and he took time to FaceTime us and send videos so we could see several homes. When we made visits he blocked out his schedule to show us several houses. He treated us like family. Vincent and his team made the closing easy and pain free. Vincent was able to put us in contact with handymen, electricians etc. He made sure that we didn't get someone who would take advantage of us. I highly recommend Vincent and his team!!!! I definitely would use Vincent and his team in another purchase!!!

We would highly recommend Vincent Buenifil to friends and family, he is intuitive when choosing homes for you to look at, like I said we bought the first home he showed us. He is welcoming, professional and caring. He loves Cape coral and really cares about you when dealing with you finding a home, buying our first home was a little nerve racking, the different associates he sent us to through the process were all good people. Vincent has a natural caring nature and I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Absolutly professional and great service! The contact with Nadja Brunner on telephone and personally was great! She was absolutely helpful and patient and answered our questions at any time!! Because we could not be on the spot, Nadja Brunner checked out everything in addition to the normal service. She helped us a lot by sending us pictures of the property and providing us with all the necessary contacts we additionally needed! Many thanks to the perfect and friendly service!!
