Buyer reviewErica Edwards helped us buy and sell a home before and was phenomenal. It was a no brainer in selecting her again. She works very hard to make the process as simple as possible. She took on tasks that were clearly not her responsibility in order to help our closing go quickly and smoothly (which it did). She's very knowledgeable, accessible, and a joy to work with. As far as we're concerned, she is the only realtor to hire in the Indianapolis area.

Seller reviewWe had bad experiences with realtors in the past and I was skeptical about finding a good one. Erica Edwards was my parent's realtor a couple years ago and they spoke highly of her. I also had seen signs with her name on them in the yards of a few other homes in my neighborhood. I read her profile on Century 21 website as well as visited her Instagram account. I am so glad that I gave her a chance. She was AWESOME! I explained to her the problems that we had with realtors in the past and she listened patiently and responded with understanding. Erica went above and beyond for us! I suggested that I write a personal letter to the owners of the home we fell in love with and wanted to purchase as our next home and she encouraged and supported my idea. That decision had a strong impact on our offer being accepted. Two days later, our home sold the same day it was listed. I HIGHLY recommend Erica Edwards to anyone looking for a hard working, well informed, marketing master of a realtor.
