Seller reviewI had used Felicia Finn before and she was excellent! Best agent there is. Felicia Finn came to our home and evaluated it for current sale price and prospective sale price. She made a few suggestions to upgrade in certain areas and we did; netting us thousands of dollars in the final sale price.

Buyer reviewThe market is crazy hard right now but sue kept us calm and assured us our house is out there. She didn't let us settle for something we didn't want and made looking at homes fun, even when some places were a bit off (secret clown rooms and all). When we did finally find our dream home, she knew all the right people and exactly where to go in at. The house appraised over our loan and that shows it was SPOT ON. I would recommend her and Lauren to anyone and so happy we had them through everything!
