Seller reviewTracey had just sold a neighborhood home and the sellers were very pleased with her services. So we asked for a meeting and Tracey came very prepared with information on other properties in the neighborhood and recommendations on how we could make minor updates to get the best price for our home. The selection was easy. All of Tracey's recommendations were outstanding from selecting paint colors to contractors to complete projects that would improve our sales potential. She was in constant contact with us providing updates on the real estate in the area and giving great advice. Tracey was very supportive all through the process and the results exceeded expectations. I would recommend Tracey and her team to anyone looking to sell their home.

Seller reviewDoreen's professionalism and commitment to her clients was the critical deciding factor for me. As an out of state seller, I could not have sold this townhouse without Doreen's help. Doreen went above and beyond the expectations of any realtor. For example, she helped to clear out my belongings from the house before closing, resolved last minute issues at the walk-through, met with contractors working on the house, etc. Doreen is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with! I highly recommend her for any real estate transactions.
