Seller reviewTracey Barrett was truly supportive to our family as we sold our childhood home after our mother's death. She put it on the market at a price meant to attract many types of buyers and predicted (accurately) that the market would correct up or down - in our case up - to true market value. She and her team were personally attentive to ensure that I had submitted all necessary documents and talked us through every detail of the process. She also provided references for vendors to do small repairs, contents removal, and cleaning in preparation for the sale. She was professional and nice. Great combination!

She has an impressive collection of inspectors, handymen, and experts to aid in any sale or purchase who were also professional and made me feel comfortable with decisions. She was excellent at pointing out important information about locations (good or bad), negotiating on our behalf when things became difficult, advising and working through problems, and listening to our needs and concerns.

Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers having someone we could trust was very important to us. Tracey was recommended by a lifelong friend of mine who purchased her first home with Tracey as well. She is knowledgeable and friendly but didn't sugar coat things when she needed to be straight forward. Our house had some issues and she did not let anything slip past us! Tracey worked extremely hard with difficult sellers and got us into our dream home on time! She was always reachable and always has a good recommendation for vendors if your new home needs a little TLC. We will definitely be recommending her to anyone looking to purchase a home and will give her a call if we need to make another move!
