Buyer reviewUpon first meeting Tracey Barrett we were thoroughly impressed by her knowledge, drive and her personable nature.Throughout the process, she made us feel like we were her only clients by making herself readily available for any questions we had along the way. Overall we didn't have very many questions, because she worked hard to make sure we understood every step of the process of finding and buying our home. Tracey has truly been a joy to work with. She was always considerate of what was going on in our personal lives and was very accommodating. We are beyond satisfied with our experience with Tracey. So much so that we asked her to help us sell our current home without a second thought. Tracey is incredibly motivated and works extremely hard for her clients. I would enthusiastically recommend Tracey Barrett to any one looking for a broker.

Buyer reviewI met Lynn Norusis while she was showing a rental for a colleague of hers. I was not looking for realtor at that time but I planned to within the next 6 months although I did not plan on using Century 21. Lynn understood within a short conversation with me that I really wanted to buy instead of rent. Lynn was immediately "on it" like nobody's business. She worked very diligently to find me a home and followed up on everything. Lynn does this while not being pushy and has a laid back and calm demeanor. I had several options to go with other realtors through my work relocation program, my credit union as well as a referral from mom who has her license with a large competitor. All of those options would have given me a cash rebate at closing however, Lynn was working so hard for me I couldn't stop her. I decided her hard work was better than any rebate. When I told my mom the different things Lynn did she said, "wow, she is a good realtor." Some people are realtors because they can be but not a lot are really very good at the job. Lynn is really good at her job.

Seller reviewWe went through a referral program and therefore were considering two competing potential agents AND the agent we had just used to purchase another home. Sharon's comprehensive strategy for getting the house ready to list, marketing and pricing put her head and shoulders above. One of, out of many, great things Sharon did was help us get our house ready to photograph and to list. Whether it was helping coordinate with general contractors and rolling up sleeves to help clean just prior to photos, Sharon was in-step with us the entire time. As noted, Sharon was a truly hands-on partner in the sale of home. Whether it was sitting down with us to discuss pricing, helping coordinate repairs we needed done and/or helping with the final touches and cleaning just prior to photos and open houses, Sharon was always there. Same with always being there to answer the phone and answer any questions. By helping us get the house ready, and the extensive marketing campaign, we were able to get our house listed within 3 weeks and sold less than 1 week after listing.
