Buyer reviewTracey's performance was outstanding; she went above and beyond for us. This shows in the results; our townhome sold faster than any of the comps during our timeframe. It also sold at a higher price. This is due to Tracey's expertise particularly with staging and photography. Tracey really understood our constraints as well; we have two small children, two dogs, and two demanding careers. There was not a lot of time to engage in extensive staging or home improvements. Tracey helped us prioritize what improvements sell against those that do not. As far as the purchase of our new home, we nearly got into a bidding war, but Tracey's constant communication with the seller's agent ultimately got us a fabulous home in a beautiful neighborhood we were not even considering. When we were touring homes, Tracey noticed patterns of our likes/dislikes better than we did sometimes. In the end, we could not have had a better realtor. I only wish I could buy and sell houses all the tIme so I can work with Tracey.

Seller reviewTracey was extremely knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process of selling our townhome and buying a detached home. She provided excellent advice on decluttering, staging, and showing our old home and expertly guided us through the complicated process of selling and buying a home simultaneously. She helped us sell our house in an environment of rising interest rates with multiple competing properties in our neighborhood. Our house sold faster than the comparable properties and for a higher price. We are completely satisfied with Tracey's performance and would recommend her to friends or use her again without hesitation.

She worked hard to help us close on time, which was much faster than average! All the services she suggested from inspection to title were beyond my expectations. Seller reviewSharon was completely professional, helpful and patient in the process to prepare the house for sale. We were of the opinion that she was completely working in our best interests. We encountered some very unusual trials and tribulations leading up to the sale which she handled deftly and to our satisfaction. Sharon clearly knows her market and provided logical guidance for marketing our house. While we had much to do to prepare our house for market, and numerous delays pushed back our schedule, Sharon was patient, understanding, and resourceful in getting our house to market. We sold within a reasonable time and at a price we expected. We would be pleased to recommend Sharon to prospective clients as we believe she produces results that a client is looking for.

Seller reviewOur house was 47 years old, and had the same tenant for the previous 18 years. Major renovations were required. The buyer's home inspection identified a number of issues. There was a continual need to exchange contact via phone, email and text to bring home the sale. Tracey and Ingrid were constantly on top of everything. Tracey had an extraordinary list of professionals to call on for skilled remodeling work, home repair, moisture mitigation, professional photography, etc. Her ability to call on those resources, and the skill of those individuals were critical to the success of this sale.
