I never felt rushed during my time searching and I appreciated their patience with me even when I felt that I would not find the ideal home. I did. Tracey's help and guidance during the inspection phase and closing process was light years beyond what I expected and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Buyer reviewI can't enough good things about Tracey and her team. Viewing houses with them was such a fun and eye-opening experience to learn about all the tiny details I needed to consider for the long-run. Their extensive knowledge of not just houses, but also the local market, made me confident in weighing my options and putting in an offer. They also were assertive in making sure I was getting a fair price on the house as well as getting repairs made prior to closing. It's obvious they were more focused on looking out for my interests (even if it took more time and energy) than to make a quick sale. When it came to all the paperwork in preparation of closing, I often work long hours with limited availability, but they went out of their way to accomodate my busy schedule. However, they went out of their way to often deliver me documents in person and answer any questions I had. I have absolutely no regrets working with choosing Tracey and her team. I'd deifnitely recommended them to friends and family!
