Seller reviewI highly recommend Tracey Barrett as a Realtor to anyone selling residential property. Ms Barrett is professional in explaining her role as selling realtor and providing suggestions for viewing by realtors and potential buyers. Tracey and her firm are exceptional in coordinating with MLS, title companies, funding sources, and other Realtors. Tracey works to complete all legal, advertizing, and financial requirements ontime.

Doreen was very thorough in reviewing contracts with me and my partner, which we greatly appreciated as first time buyers. She was also encouraging when the first place we offered for did not pan out. She was quick to respond to questions, even at late hours. She kept us on track through the settlement process and reemphasized her commitment and availability to help often. All in all we are very happy with our home and Doreen's support in finding it!

She knew the ins and outs of each neighborhood we considered, was incredibly knowledgeable about in-home features and items of consideration, and was friendly, warm, and always so helpful with our assortment of questions. She fought for us in negotiations and provided guidance from her many years of experience. She's the best!

Buyer reviewWorking with Maura was amazing! This was the first home purchase for me and my husband. We had been renting in Fairfax County for 6 years and were really content with where we were at, but we were financially ready to enter the market and Maura came highly recommended so we decided to go for it. I do think we were probably very difficult clients since we were so content with where we were at, it was going to take a lot to have us make a purchase and move, and Maura delivered! I lost count of how many showings Maura took us to, but she never complained and always showed up with tons of information about the property we were looking at and the area/neighborhood. She was very proactive with comps when a property had promise which was extremely helpful. It was so easy to trust Maura's guidance and advice and it definitely paid off! Once we found "the one" Maura was able to structure an offer that got everyone what they wanted on both sides. Maura made everything straightforward and easy.

Seller reviewthis is the fourth (and last) property tracey (and her team) sold for my parents' estate. each produced spectacular results. each property sale was one i was proud of due to tracey. each sold for more than 10% above asking price, and the last two far exceeded the neighborhood expectations from recent local sales (the neighbors were sure we wouldn't sell for even the asking price...they were stunned when we far exceeded that!) tracey is a class act. she earned far more for my family's estate than just her commission. her advice was invaluable. her strategy was quite effective. she was always reachable. she took great care of me, which i appreciated (though that's just her style for every client). i found tracey (and lynn norusis, her team mate) from a friend who'd just sold a house using a different company. my friend told me that she sure wished she'd used tracey instead of the agent she'd worked with. i'm sure my friend was correct, tracey was outstanding by every measure,
