I was dreading the whole process and afraid of making irrevocable mistakes or not understanding the process. Doreen walked me through every step of the sale and patiently explained the legal and financial aspects in layman's terms. She connected me with her excellent cadre of handymen, painters, and cleaners. She is super organized, communicative, and trustworthy. It made everything so easy.
