Only Doreen gave a strong impression online (before I contacted anyone) that she was the real deal as advertised. When I called her, she quickly showed excellent listening skills and I was confident that I could work with her comfortably. Doreen had a career as a teacher prior to her real estate career, so her soft skills were exceptional. She was far superior to the agent I used to buy the house and restored my faith in real estate agents.
