He gave great advice on how to present the home and gave me a plan for marketing the property that would get the most bang for the buck. The property was continuously looked at while on the market and it was clear they did not slack on trying to get it sold as soon as possible for as much money as possible. I was extremely happy with the professionalism and helpfulness of everyone I encountered when working with this company and I would work with them again in a heartbeat if I was in the Myrtle Beach area.
