She is extremely knowledgeable and she knows how to negotiate to help her clients' get the outcome they are seeking - in my most recent experience that was top dollar for our home. She did an amazing job handling the showings, the open house and making sense of all the offers that came in over the weekend so we got the most for our home. But what really makes Meredith the best is how much she cares. How she will help you throughout the entire process. How she will communicate what is going on and what to expect every step of the way. She was my go to person with any questions I had or referral sources I needed. Meredith is a professional but you aren't a number with her - she really cares about her clients.
