She was available any time that we had any questions and always willing to sit and explain things to us in a way that was understandable. Meredith truly went above and beyond for us. Even when we had completed the sale of our home, she still made herself available to help us. During times that we were not able to be home, she helped to line up contractors and deal with any loose ends that we had. Her kindness, patience, and sense of humor made her incredibly easy to work with. She was phenomenal in making sure that we were heard throughout the buying process and was an amazing advocate for us. She is the reason that we were able to move into our amazing home in our dream neighborhood and made an incredibly stressful time less stressful for our family. We would highly recommend Meredith to anyone that is looking to buy a home.

She went above and beyond to make sure that our home was show ready and walked us through exactly what needed to be done to make it show ready. Our house then sold in record time at full listing price with no seller help and no home inspection. Meredith made sure to get the attention of the upcoming sale of our home out to other agents and other buyers through social media. She was amazing at making sure that we were completely up to date through every step of the process and always took the time to answer any and all questions that we had. She exhibited an incredible amount of knowledge of the market and the area.
