Karyn was great, ,we were confident she was always working for us, always stressing that we are in charge. We met Karyn about a year before deciding to sell, that said she was more than patient in waiting for our decision. she always made sure we were up to date on information and fulfilled all of our requests for additional information. Because we are out of state she was responsible for hiring several contractors to bring home up to standards, organizing payments around $10k. yes we are pleased with the service provided by Karyn Norton.
