I wasn't even sure I was able to quickly find and close on my home, but working with Yalonda was a joy and she took a lot of the nervousness away be clearly understanding what I was looking for, effectively communicating the process to me, and being an advocate in my corner during the negotiation process and having expert knowledge in the local community really helped where I didn't waste time going to areas that wouldn't fit my needs. I strongly recommend her to anyone in the DC, MD, VA area and I would request her again if I purchase more property.
