Buyer reviewWe bought two previous homes with Laura Heigl, and sold one. We have been 100% satisfied with her. She goes above and beyond. She makes us feel like we're family, and looks after our interests above all else We looked at several homes. Laura Heigl provided constructive advice for each one. When we got down to two homes, she helped us make a critical decision about the work that would need to go into each and the possible market/resale value of each. Her experience and candor were extremely helpful to us. Then during the negotiation process, Laura worked very closely with us and with the sellers' agent to get the price we wanted. 110% satisfaction with Laura Heigl. We've recommended her to many others and they all agree. She's the absolute best real estate agent for buying or selling a home.

Seller reviewLaura came highly recommended from friends and family. Laura exceeded our expectations in all areas--she sold our house in less than 24 hours for over asking price! Laura was very approachable. She politely and patiently answered all of my questions. Her communication was always very prompt and clear. She never made me feel like any of my questions were redundant or unintelligent. All staff members were very prompt, polite, professional, and thorough. The staff's responses to questions were almost immediate! While I don't list/sell a house very often, Laura and her team do so they were excellent at keeping track of all details. I honestly can't recommend Laura and her staff highly enough. She made the process as easy as possible from start to finish.

As this is our first time to buy a home (after living overseas a long time), she was patient and explained in clear detail each step in the process. We leaned heavily on her advice. She really has the ability to be both friendly and professional, which she was in the entire process. We were in good hands!
