The real key to Laura is how she hangs with you during the tough negotiations - when things are going as planned, she always offers solutions and is a real advocate for her buyer and her seller. We had a real issue that surfaced in the middle of our sale and their is no one who communicates more and represents us better than Laura - her guidance was critical. I will never use another realtor other than Laura Heigl. I could not recommend her more.
