Seller reviewWe have sold 4 other homes and this sale was the most pleasant. Laura Heigl's understanding and knowledge of the area market was spot on. We followed all of Laura's suggestions including time to list, staging, and list price. All of her expertise led too getting a full price offer within two weeks. During this process Christine checked in to make sure we did not need anything or just to check in. When we did have a question either Christine or Laura would get right back to us. We were never left wondering what was next. Because of this and more we would definitely recommend Laura Heigl and her team for any and all of your real estate needs.

Seller reviewWhen we moved to Indy about 5 years ago, Laura was recommended. We chose her and she did an amazing job in helping us find a home. When we were ready to sale our home we knew that we were going to use Laura. She did a great job with listing, pictures and doing a video. We listed on Friday and had a contract offer on Saturday. We would highly recommend using Laura. She is very knowledgeable with the homes in all areas of Indy. She truly has the client's interest when helping finding and listing homes. We would high recommend Laura. She was not only our realtor but became a friend also. She is awesome!
