Buyer reviewThis was our second home purchase, our first in the southeastern Wisconsin area. Our prior dealings with Real Estate agents had been less than desirable. In the current market, it is important that you have an agent who understands the market, is accessible for questions at a moments notice and who you can trust to operate on your behalf. Jake Schneider is that person. He came recommended to us by our mortgage broker who had worked with him before. Jake was attentive to our needs and put us in a position to be successful on this home purchase. His communication was on point and he kept us on track with updates and necessary dates to have in the calendar. His follow up was exemplary and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family, friends or anyone for that matter.

Seller reviewJake Schneider was great when we sold our house. He waited patiently while we prepared the house for sale and was really prompt in getting the house on the market once we were ready. We really appreciated that he hired a professional photographer for the pictures as that's so critical in attracting buyers. We had an accepted offer after just 4 days on the market and Jake was wonderful in helping us negotiate the offer and making sure everything went smoothly through closing. He even stopped by the property weekly when we'd moved out to keep an eye on it which was greatly appreciated. Overall Jake made our home sale as smooth and stress free as possible and I'd highly recommend him.
