                Buyer reviewJason was the sellers broker. We were the buyer, and we did not use a broker. Overall Jason did a very good job. Building a new home can have some challenges, and we were able to work thru all of them. We worked with Jason on a specific property we targeted, which was a new construction. We got involved early in the building process of a home that was going to be built on speculation. Jason worked with us as the sellers (builders) agent to help us customize the home to our liking. If there was a rating in between EXCELLENT and GOOD, I would have selected that. Overall Jason did very well. We had some communication and pricing topics to work thru, which is more a byproduct of new home building than it was a reflection of Jason's service. We would work with Jason and the builder again given the chance.
