We feel that we can really trust him to answer any questions we have honestly, and to be there when we need him. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family!

Buyer reviewI have known Josh for several years and knew he would be a great person to represent me in building my house. However, I didn't expect Josh to go above and beyond in be so attentive to my needs and accessible at almost any time of day. Josh made this process (which, from what I hear, can be like pulling teeth) fun and simplified in terms I could easily understand. One thing that is simple, but has been very awesome with showing me he cares is, weekly contact to ensure we are comfortable with the process and didn't have any questions. I would recommend Josh to anyone looking for a home and know he would offer the same excellent service he offered me.
