Steve is very knowledgeable of the current market conditions (2020/2021 Salt Lake City) because Steve was so passionate about doing his job I believe it's a reason we ended up with our home. In addition, Steve had great recommendation for financing. (NO PRESSURE) Although I could get financing anywhere, I took Steve's advice which ultimately saved me thousands in the long run. The house we ended up purchasing had over 30 offers. Steve was aggressive and had great communication with the other agent. Steve made sure the sellers agent knew we were committed to purchasing their home. Steve had Brandon(The Loan agent) Call the seller's agent and explain his confidence in our financing. I created a relationship with not only Steve, but Brandon at Service Security. Both were very professional and friendly. I normally don't give reviews but this was well worth my time.
