Words can't express my gratitude towards him as he patiently advised and treated my son with ultimate respect as he guided him through this process. We live in a time and place where negativity reigns. So for me, I was pleasantly surprised to interact with Josh as I found that he is a kindred spirit. His positive attitude is overflowing as well as his smile and warmth being infectious.

Seller reviewWe met Josh by chance driving around a neighborhood; what turned out to be his own neighborhood where he lives. We told him we were looking to sell our home and move out of state. He told us he was a Realtor, and offered to meet with us to give us some guidance about listing the home. He came to our home, reviewed our home and the details of it and gave us his analysis of the market. He explained his services, the costs involved for all the parties, answered our questions, and told us how he would market the home. We ultimately decided he was the best choice for our family. We listed our home with him with his recommended price and he suggested we should get multiple offers at that price. Turns out, he was right. We ended up accepting a full price offer and was in escrow in less than a month. The house closed early, and it was a success. Thanks Josh Johnson for making this an easy transaction and your thoughtfulness along the way.
