Buyer reviewWe asked Kay to help us find our first home back in 2012 and then she helped us sell in 2014. We were MORE than happy to have her help again this year in finding us a new home. She came highly recommended to us back in 2012 and since then, we've recommended her to everyone we know who is house hunting in the area! We had to complete 98% of this sale while out of state and Kay was wonderful to work with and very easy to communicate with despite the distance! We are so grateful she was willing to work with our in-town family since we couldn't be at every showing in person! Having been through the buying process twice and sale process once with Kay, we can safely boast that she is the best. She is knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. Working with Kay was like working with a close friend and we are forever grateful for her expertise and guidance through it all!

We figured people must be calling her to sell their home for a reason, so we included her in the 3 realtors interviewed to sell our home. She stood out among the 3 high profile realtors. She's very knowledgeable in all areas, very pleasant, a great listener and not afraid to disagree with you in a respectful manner, so you feel included in preparing and setting the price of your home (that was very important to us). The pictures, brochures, advertising and websites were professionally prepared. We loved the home description she wrote, it was perfect. Anyway, Kay and her assistants kept us informed and returned calls, texts and emails promptly. Kay is very prepared and on her game, she has worked hard to be the best in her profession and it shows.
