Seller reviewKate Christofides did a fantastic job selling our home! She was great to work with, made numerous helpful suggestions, and worked hard to get us top dollar for our home! She was a real pro in her expectations for the multiple non-contingent offers we received and in advising us to hang in there a day or two for the higher offers. She even gave up part of her Easter Day to dig in for the last minute negotiations with buyers to ensure that she represented our interests well, She got excellent results -- with our house selling for over $150K over the listing price! Seller reviewFirst, I don't think Kate fully realizes how important her actions as our realtor were to us. Setting the price primarily and then having that frank and honest discussion when it was time to say YES to a very good offer. I will always remember that discussion with Kathy, Kate & I. We knew it was the right call and Kate gave us solid confidence in our decision. Most interesting, I was at Nationals Ballpark during the call. Secondly, the buyer was kind of a jerk. It seemed he brought in his own inspector who went a bit over the top, if I can put it in polite terms. Pages and pages of nonsense. Kate professionally negotiated this massive list of items down to just a handful of doable actions that did not destroy our budget. Full disclosure, Kate's a very close Friend but asking her to sell our home is because we know how amazing and tough she is. She is a "hard charger" in life and we knew she would do the same for the selling of our home. Kate was always the only one!
