Buyer reviewKate had a great instinct for which houses suited us best. We needed to find the perfect home in a tough market in a very short amount of time, and Kate didn't miss a beat. We saw every house that interested us in just one weekend. The house Kate instinctually felt would be best for us ended up being our favorite and the sellers accepted our offer right away. Kate clearly knows what she's doing and I plan on recommending her to any of my friends that are looking for a new home.
