Buyer reviewBeing that we are currently overseas for work in Saudi Arabia, it was crucial that we work with an agent that was patient and understanding of our situation, and was able to deal with the sometimes difficult logistics regarding our transaction. Kevin and Lani were a real powerhouse of a team, and we couldn't have asked for anyone better to represent us during the search for, and purchase of, our new home! Everything was handled professionally, smoothly, and they obviously love what they do! As mentioned before, Kevin and Lani were truly the perfect agents for us to work with. Kevin sometimes seemed to read my mind, and would send me emails before I even had a chance to ask a question. And if I did email him a question, he'd reply with more information that I expected, always being thorough and complete with an answer. Our situation, being overseas, did not make this this easiest transaction, but they never missed a beat and never made me feel like I couldn't approach them with a new set of questions or concerns. They were always on top of everything!

Seller reviewWe worked with Michael Bernard and had a fantastic experience in selling our property. Due to Coronavirus, Michael literally sold the property twice. It still only took about a month to sell. Outstanding. During each step of the sell, Michael was always helpful and very prompt in returning any call or text. Although he is still learning the paperwork, there was never any delays in getting information, or needed forms.Things went very smoothly from beginning to end.
