Dawn pointed out areas and zip codes to consider, and in this hot market, how to navigate a multiple offer situation from a buyers' perspective. She also successfully communicated with the seller's agent to reach a positive conclusion, and also handled post-closing questions, such as utilities and homestead exemption. Dawn is a go-to agent in Central Indiana.
