You can see and it and feel it when you talk to him. I totally trust him and consider him my friend after this. In addition to Glade, Brent Aldridge who handled the loan was also excellent and easy to work with. Glade kept us up to date on everything have to do with the search and purchase of our house. He took a tremendous amount of time to take care of me and my wife and walk us through every step of the process. He also explained in plan language all documents and the purpose behind them. I have never had better customer service from any company or person in over 40 years that comes close to what Glade provided. Truly outstanding and truly appreciated. If anyone I know wants a realtor I would recommend Glade in a second. All people at Judge Fite were really nice and easy to deal with.

Buyer reviewGlade Smith took a lot of time with us and unknown to us before this process of buying a home in Texas while moving from Arizona. This made our buying a home more difficult but Glade was there all the way with us making it as easy as possible from a distance. We became good friends with both Glade and his wife (also a realtor). My brother who lives in the area recommended Glade to us and we are really glad he did because he was the perfect fit for us and we will use him again in the future but hope to stay in this home for quite sometime hopefully!
