We interviewed three perspective realtors and chose Lindsay for her knowledge of the area, straightforward communication and ideas for moving forward to complete the sale of our home quickly. Lindsay updated us throughout the process, even texting to say when she hadn't heard back from prospective buyers sometimes, and steps she would be taking to gather information to move the sale forward. We appreciated her knowledge of the value of our house, in our area, and what to do to ensure a sale at that price. Lindsay is positive and realistic with possibilities and expectations during the sale of a house. She was encouraging and helped us navigate the process to our satisfaction. We listed our house on a Friday afternoon and had an offer by Monday afternoon. Those results speak volumes about Lindsay's knowledge and professionalism.

She was able to answer my many many questions and made sure I understood along with making sure we were in the same page every step of the way. Despite the negative stereotypes that realtors get I always felt that Lindsay was looking out for me which is something that means a lot to me. I will be recommending her to anyone that is wanting to buy a house in the Indianapolis area and as long as she is selling houses I will never work with anyone else in the future.

Seller reviewLori is the best. This was our third transaction with Lori. Not only is Lori a great Realtor, but she happens to be a great friend too. Doing business with good friends is sometimes tricky, but she managed it without a hitch! She was always forthright and honest, but took our needs into consideration at all times. She did many behind the scenes activities which we only found out about later, but ultimately sold our house! She did almost every open house herself and did an outstanding job of making sure potential buyers not only knew the benefits of our house and location, but also the value it had in the current market compared to others in the area. We feel she took the buyers needs into consideration as well! We appreciate everything Lori did for us and would not hesitate to recommend her.
