Luanne Novak was obviously a busy person during the time we were looking for a house. Even so, she took the time to respond to us when we had questions and she was very knowledgeable regarding the area, the different pluses and minuses of various properties we looked at, and what other properties were selling for. I was blown away when she offered to give back part of her commission to help us get to an agreeable final purchase price. To top things off, she also gave us a $100 gift card at closing. Excellent service and she is a credit to Century 21.

LuAnn and Bonnie guided me in the purchase of my first home. We saw a lot of properties and lost a few... it was all part of my process.
