Frances Manzoni and her her partner Mark Lanzilotti , has been so consistent with their approach all through out the process. From the first contact, they've been very accommodating and helpful. I am a first time home buyer and very new here in US and don't know much about buying a house. But, Mark and Frances were so kind and they guided me in everything from house choices, seeing and touring houses, dealing with seller and agent, everything was a great experience . They kept me informed and updated for every progress which is very important. They always take time to reach out, by phone, texts or emails. They are just so great. Although selling your home is always a stressful event filled with mixed emotions, Fran was able to effectively calm our fears and sell in a very short period of time. My daughter-in-law dealt with Frannie in the past and had a positive experience. Frannie was great with communicating certain things to my son so that he could help me through the process of buying a new home. Frannie was always willing to answer questions and was extremely knowledgeable and patient from start to finish!

I couldn't be more satisfied with Frans effort from start to finish, I don't think I have ever asked her a question that she could not answer. She is a very knowledgeable person and is definitely in the right business. I look forward to working with her again on my next project.
