I've achieved this twice now with Chris Mayhew. He was instrumental in finding the right place for me in 2012 and he did it again for me this year and both times now I couldn't be happier with the results. Chris exemplifies everything you're looking for in an agent. He is thorough, detail-oriented, reassuring, extremely timely in his correspondence with you and most importantly, he listens to what your needs are and this is critical when it comes to finding the right house/right fit for you. I wouldn't trust anyone else to sell my home or find the next one for me.
