Buyer reviewSathya took the time to understand our specific requirements and expectations. We had very specific criteria, and he did his best to accommodate them. At every step, he gave us his undivided attention during every showing. What made a huge impact on us was that he spent ample time during the home inspection to ensure due diligence was being followed. He personally verified some of the key findings of the home inspection report and spent time at the property while said points were further investigated and recified. Sathya went above and beyond to make our home-buying process as comfortable as possible for us. Because he had so much experience in the field, we trusted his judgement and found ourselves a house that we love.
