Nick was my buying agent for 3-4 months as we relocated across country. He was always prompt to reply via phone, text, or email. Because we were out of state, he took video walkthroughs of our top homes and ended up checking in on our purchased home during repairs. He also checked in periodically to see where we were at with selling out home and post-closing on new home. He had a good understanding of what my family was looking for in a home and community and continuously provided insight into different areas that we were looking at. In an effort to help educate and allow me to make the best decision, he always provided additional detail and explanation when talking with sales agents/builders. He was also present (and early) to our walk throughs and helped identify blemishes/defects in each home we toured. During closing, he helped explain a few documents and times specific to TX. Will be contacting Nick next time I need a realtor.

Nick Termini's wealth of knowledge helped us understand the key differences of homes and land in Texas compared to coming from out of state. From soils to floods and nuances in construction, Nick was very informative and helped us make an educated decision on finding the perfect home. Nick listened to our needs and was patient with us while we viewed homes. He was dedicated to making the entire home buying experience as smooth as possible.
