Each time issues came up Nick remained calm even with me being very upset and Nick handled everything and made things work out to the best of his abilities. Nick was always professional even at times he was getting an ear full from me. I appreciate everything Nick did during this very stressful experience and I'm glad I chose Nick to sell my home because I don't believe any other realtor would have handled it as good as Nick did.
