This is particularly important to first-time homebuyers who want to know the process in both English and Chinese. We successfully bought our home in the 3rd offer. We did not know that purchasing a home can be so competitive in the Bay Area. Clara is patient and respectful when communicating with us. She is responsible and responsive in delivering our messages and thoughts to the seller's agent. The overall process and communication are smooth, constructive, and excellent.
