We were looking for a place for our daughter, who is attending Rutgers. Cheryl was knowledgable in the areas we were looking at, i.e., East, North, and New Brunswick. She knew the market and advised us on what was reasonable/unreasonable, supported our decisions, and answered all of our questions. She was very responsive. Cheryl also helped us when our lock-in rate was about to expire. The seller's agent was not very responsive and didn't move things along on a consistent basis, even though the seller was the one who put a contingent, aggressive closing date on the table. Cheryl pushed the seller to keep the process moving along, and we closed on time.
