Although our first sale date (June) fell through due to our change of plans, she stayed with us and we went for a new date in mid October. The preparations were coordinated with Brandy and it all went according to schedule. The house had a buyer within 4 days of being listed! One month afterwards we closed. I wanted Justin to sell my house because I trusted him to help me make all right choices. I am so happy with the experience and all of his help! Justin advertised and described my townhouse amazing. He ensured the home was pictured and presented well by suggesting contractors and helping determine appropriate costs to prepare it. He was pretty much exactly right with what it would cost me to prepare my property! When my property was ready, he had it photographed and up in less than a day. Then 24 hours later it was under contract.
