This may be a little long, so please bear with me. In an emergency situation when moving my elderly parents to Virginia from Florida only a year ago, Brandy was instrumental in finding an appropriate space for my wheelchair bound father and my fragile mother. Both are 85 years old and needed to be close to me. In no time at all, Brandy found a home for them in the Falls Run Community. The stress of moving my elderly folks was pressure enough, I could not handle much more. Brandy made that experience a non issue for me. For that, I cannot thank her enough. Unfortunately, my dad passed on Memorial Day weekend and there was no way for my mother to live by herself. Again, Brandy to the resue! She gave me not only what needed to be done to put the house on the market, but made all the appointments for any work and inspected the work for me. When the 'coming soon' sign was posted, she took care of the offers that came in before the house even hit the market. She made meaningful and helpful suggestions to get us in the best position possible. I do need to note here that this was all taking place while we were in mourning for my father. She again took care of EVERYTHING. The house was sold and closed within 6 weeks after the death of my father. I can guarantee that I know NO ONE that takes care of her customers like Brandy does. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. She is kind, caring, professional, knowledgable...I cannot think of enough positive words to describe her. Thank you Brandy!!!

We first worked with Brandy Glauner to help us sell a rental property. At that time, we were living out of state. We had only ever communicated with her via phone, text and email. She was extremely patient with us as we worked together to prep the home for sale. Everything was able to be done remotely, and even at that time, Brandy made us feel like her only client. Fast forward a couple years, and we found ourselves moving to the area. Being a military family still living out of state and under travel restrictions due to COVID, Brandy was amazing in helping us find a home. She kept in excellent communication with us, used Zoom meetings for showing us houses, and relayed excellent information on everything she saw during our tours of homes. Videos and pictures do not tell the whole story, but Brandy's knowledge and ability to look at every detail of a home made us feel confident about our choice.
