Buyer reviewDebbie Kindig made me feel like I was purchasing my first home with ease. A few other realtors I had spoken with did not take me seriously as I am a young first time home buyer. Debbie made sure I had all the things I needed to get started and finish within my time frame. She treated me with respect and care and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way since it was my first purchase. Debbie was very knowledgeable about my specific terms of my loan and helped me negotiate to cover all the areas that needed addressed. I felt like I really had someone in my corner that I could call and ask questions if I had any. She is an amazing realtor who will not only be my only realtor I reach out to in the future if she's still in the field but also the only one I will highly recommend to friends and family.

I needed to make a few cosmetic updates to the house before selling it and she referred me to people who would be able to complete the tasks, quickly while performing good, quality work. I would definitely refer Mary Beth to anyone who is selling or buying a home.

Seller reviewJesse not only helped us to build our townhouse in 2014 when we were looking for a home, but he helped us immensely when it came to selling the townhome when it was time to move on in 2019. In both experiences as both the buyer and the seller, Jesse was ethical in every sense of the word. He explained everything to us in detail to make sure that we understood each step of the process. He remained calm and collected, professional and polite always. Buying/selling a home is in the Top 3 of most stressful life events for me, and Jesse took something potentially stress-inducing and made it easy. His personality is open and kind. You can tell that he truly cares for his clients and that he is in the profession to HELP people, not to simply collect a paycheck. I would trust any of my friends and family to work with Jesse to buy or sell a home. He is incredible at his job and an overall stellar person!

Being out of state, Brandy managed a number of high priority needs that are usually the home owners area of responsibility. Specifically, Brandy took responsibility for managing multiple contractor needs (Windows, external and interior repairs critical to the selling of our Townhouse). Brandy exceeded our expectations by a long shot and Century 21 is most fortunate to have an employee with her diverse skill set. It was our privilege to have worked with such a professional. We hired Brandy following the termination of a previous real estate agent relationship and Brandy set the bar high. Brandy's drive, enthusiasm, professionalism and client communication were evident throughout our property selling experience.
