Seller reviewI bought my first house 4.5 years ago and Mary Beth Rich was my agent. There was never any thought to using anyone but her to sell my current house and look for/purchase a new one. Simply the most professional, responsive that I have ever dealt with. Mary Beth always makes what can be a very stressful life event, easy and manageable through her constant engagement, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make things easy.

Seller reviewBrandy is the nicest person you will ever meet. She goes over and beyond to help her clients and make sure that their home will sell. Being 180miles away from the home I was selling was very difficult. Brandy was always willing to help. she would meet people at my home so that things could be fixed. She staged my home so it looked magazine worthy. I just cant say enough about how much I appreciate her. Brandy did an amazing job of advertising the home. The photographer/videographer she worked with was fabulous. I was truly impressed with the brochures in the home as well as the videos and photos listed online. With the use of docusign I was able to sign and get this taken care of quickly from over 100 miles away. Brandy was also always quick to respond to all of my questions. I am very pleased with how the sale of my home went and I would highly recommend Brandy to anyone I know selling or buying a home in NOVA.

Throughout every step of the process, she went above and beyond to ensure we got into the house we wanted. In addition, the entire time working with her. We felt we were always in good hands. She is one of the most honest and trustworthy people we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Our only regret is that we will no longer be able to spend time with her looking for homes. The experience was everything from funny to enjoyable. We were extremely grateful to have her as our agent.
